We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers’ personal information. In compliance of the new data protection laws, as of 25th May 2018, any personal information we hold about our customers will be used lawfully and fairly. The information we collect is only for the valid purposes of processing, fulfilling and delivering any orders.

The only information we collect, store and use about you is the information you give us when you contact us, place an order, report a problem or engage with any post on our social media platforms. This may include your name, address, email address and phone number. We may also receive information about you from third parties such as our business partners who provide technical payment services.

We will only ever use your personal information to process and fulfill your orders and to prevent and detect fraud or any abuses of our site. We will only disclose and share your information if we have a legal right or duty to do so for example in relation to an investigation by a public authority.

As a company we will never rent nor sell any of our customers' private details to any third party. Customers who post and interact with us on social media do so at their discretion and their own risk. We only collect personally identifiable information to the extent deemed necessary to fulfil orders, to provide the best customer service and shopping experience for our customers.

We do not transfer your information to third parties for marketing purposes. It is only necessary to share your data with third parties in relation to any orders places such as with delivery services.

We will only share your personal information if we see fit to protect the rights, property or safety of TAMARA HARVEY and our customers. We will not retain your personal information for any longer than necessary.

If a customer fails to provide certain information when requested we may not be able to fulfil their order.

TAMARA HARVEY, through our host provider, ensure that all personal information remains private and secure on hosted servers.

Regarding international orders it is sometimes necessary for us to share your personal information outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) when you or the service providers are based outside of the EEA.

If you have subscribed to receive emails from us regarding newsletters and offers, and you wish to remove your email from our list you must email us at info@tamaraharvey.co.uk with 'remove email' in the subject line and we will endeavour to remove your email address within 7 days.

You may raise an objection, withdraw consent or restrict use of your data by emailing info@tamaraharvey.co.uk.
